Micromax, the domestic smartphone manufacturer, has been busy launching low-budget smartphones. But parallely, the company has been working on the Nougat update for one of its smartphones. The company launched the new Android update for its Canvas 6 Pro. Have a look at the specs of the smartphone.

Micromax Launches Nougat for Canvas 6 Pro

The Micromax Canvas 6 Pro sports a 5.5-inch full HD display and a pixel ratio of 1080 x 1920. The phone currently runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Speaking of the processor, the phone is powered by a Mediatek MT6795 Helio X10 processor along with 4 GB of RAM and 16 GB internal memory. This memory can be further expanded to 64 GB via MicroSD card.

Moving towards the connectivity part, the Micromax Canvas 6 Pro features 4G, 3G, VoLTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and FM as well. The phone has a price tag of Rs 12,660. The phone is available in black color variant only.

Speaking of the imaging duties, the Micromax Canvas 6 Pro has 13 MP of rear camera along with f/2.2 aperture with LED flash, and phase detection autofocus. The front camera is of 5 MP and is enough for good selfies. The phone comes with a 3,000mAh battery and is capable of giving 337 hours of standby and 9 hours of talk time.

Well, the new update to the smartphone won’t bring much of a difference to its performance. The 4 GB RAM for a 16 GB ROM was more than enough. The only effect that the update will have is on the UI.
