The Lenovo-owned company Motorola launched its Moto G5 Plus at the MWC 2017 held in Barcelona. Well, the phone has been in talks since it has received its first software update. Before we discuss about this update, let us first have a look at the specs of the smartphone.

The new Moto G5 Plus has a screen resolution of 1080 x 1920 with a 5.2 inch screen. It offers IPS LCD touchscreen with 67.7% of screen-to-body ratio. It also has a protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 with a pixel density of 424 ppi.

Coming towards the software and hardware updates, the device runs on Android 7.0 Nougat. It is powered by Qualcomm MSM8953 Snapdragon 625 and has A GPU set of Adreno 506. The handset also offers a 2 GB/3 GB/4 GB of RAM along with 32 GB/64 GB of internal memory. In addition to this, the memory can also be extended up to 256 GB with the help of MicroSD card.

Moving towards the camera, the handset has 12 MP of rear camera with f/1.7 aperture, LED flash, and autofocus. The device also has a 5 MP of front camera with f/2.2 aperture. In the end, the smartphone has a battery worth 3,000 mAh power. The device is available in lunar gray and fine gold color variants.
